The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals will hold Public Hearings on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. (Conference Room #1) at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, on the following matters:

NEW HEARING

Susan L. Karelitz: Requests a Variance from Section 174-33 of the Zoning By-laws to vary the setback requirements from water and wetlands to allow for construction of a pool, patio, retaining wall and additions to an existing home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 384 Monomoscoy Road (Map 125 Parcel 20) Mashpee, MA.
